Our practice is dedicated to maintaining the privacy of your individually identifiable health information (IIHI). In conducting our business, we will create records regarding you and the treatment and service we provide to you. Our Notice of Privacy Practices describes how health information about you (as a patient of this practice) may be used and disclosed, and how you can get access to your individually identifiable health information.

Vasectomy Information

Fees. The fee for a vasectomy is $500.00. This fee includes the initial consultation, the procedure itself, and post-operative visits for semen specimen analysis. A $25.00 deposit is required to reserve your appointment time. A check or money order will need to be received by this office no later than one week prior to your surgery. The deposit is refunded to you when you arrive.

Preparation instructions. Please bring a clean athletic supporter (jock strap) with you and wear snug briefs. NO BOXER SHORTS. Please shave the front of your scrotum before you come to the office. Your spouse is encouraged to accompany you to surgery. If not, please bring a friend or relative to drive you home. The surgery will take approximately 45 minutes. Please call if you have any questions prior to your surgery.

Post-surgery instructions. After surgery, you are advised to stay off of your feet for a day or two to avoid swelling. There is no heavy lifting allowed for approximately one week.
